​​Reiniell “Niell” Gan has a decade’s worth of experience in recruitment specializing in Technology, Healthcare and Life Sciences. He completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from San Beda University in the Philippines. He started his career with Cognizant Philippines where he handled full-cycle recruiting of information technology professionals which includes sourcing and placement of employees for clients based in North American clients and continues his IT search experience after moving to Vancouver in 2021.

He joined Goldbeck Recruiting in 2023 and has been a great addition to our team filling difficult positions in IT, Sales, Marketing and Engineering. Niell is consistently improving recruiting and assessment practices as his career progresses and sharing his strategies with the team.
