Lisa is an operator-minded executive search leader known for recruiting A-players, building high-performance teams, and working directly with leadership teams to solve complex hiring challenges.

She helped scale one of Canada’s fastest-growing tech-enabled logistics companies, leading recruitment and operations for its most successful division before the business was acquired by a U.S. private equity group.

After running her own consulting practice, Lisa advised organizations across North America on executive hiring and talent strategy.

Following the acquisition of Goldbeck Recruiting by Talent Harbour Group, Lisa joined Goldbeck as Vice President of Client Services. Founded in 1997, Goldbeck is a well-established executive search and recruiting firm with a long track record of trusted relationships and repeat clients.

Having built and led teams firsthand before moving into recruitment, Lisa brings a practical, real-world perspective to executive search. She partners closely with clients to identify leaders and professionals who align with the role, the business, and the culture—helping organizations build teams that perform and last.

In her role, Lisa oversees client relationships and supports executive search engagements across North America, helping organizations find the right people to support long-term growth and performance.
