Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and development on bio-polymer coatings to enhance wood composites.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate green technology into various applications.
  • Test and evaluate the performance of wood composites in terms of water, fire, and mold resistance.
  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for enhanced wood products.
  • Provide technical support and expertise to wood manufacturers implementing our technology.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in green technology.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on research findings and product performance.
  • Assist in scaling up production and ensuring quality control in manufacturing processes. 

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a science-related field; polymer science is highly preferred.
  • Strong laboratory skills and experience with material testing and analysis.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of bio-polymer coatings and their applications.
  • Proven ability to conduct research and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Open to candidates holding an open work permit.
